A small team of designers and engineers building software with care. We started HushSphere because we believe technology should serve the people who use it, not the other way around.
HushSphere grew out of a shared frustration with how most software gets built: too fast, too shallow, with too little thought given to the people who will live with the result. We wanted to build a company where the standard was set by craft, not by velocity alone.
We are a small team by design. Every person at HushSphere works directly on client projects. There are no layers of management between you and the people writing code, designing interfaces, or making architectural decisions. This structure keeps us honest and keeps the work sharp.
Our clients tend to stay. The relationships that matter most to us are the ones that deepen over years, where we understand the product, the organisation, and the users well enough to make confident decisions together.
We hire carefully and we invest in the people we work with. Everyone at HushSphere is someone we would trust to represent the company in any room, with any client, on any problem.
Our team brings experience from startups, agencies, and large-scale product organisations. What we share is a commitment to building software that works well, reads well, and lasts. We are designers who understand engineering constraints and engineers who care about user experience.
We do not chase scale for its own sake. We grow when we find the right people, and we keep the team at a size where everyone knows every project, every client, and every decision that matters.
We keep the team small and the standards high. That is how we do our best work.
If you are building something that matters and want a team that will treat it that way, we would like to hear from you.
